Somalia: four newly appointed Somali ministers resigned in Baidoa town

Four MPs in the cabinet of Noor Hassan Hussein the newly appointed Somali Premier resigned after they said that they were not given convenient posts or a worthy one as they put it.

The four Parliamentarians who resigned their post include; the national security Minister Colonel Mohamed Noor Shati Gaduud, National reconciliation minister Sheikh Adan Madeer, Abdi kafi Mohammed Hassan assistant minister for Economics and national planning minister Ibrahim Issack Ibrow.

In a press conference yesterday evening the four MPs officially announced, Shati Gadud a minister among the resigned minister side that what the Prime minister did is unfair and added that they (Digil and Mirifle tribes) are generally neglected and prejudiced.

The other major point the Mr. Shati reiterated that they are not given significant posts in the ministry and ambassadors.

“The most major issue that has brought a quick resignation to our post is after we have lost any sort of consideration of our requests” said the Colonel.

Mr. Shati said that the federal constitutions are been betrayed by un protecting individuals.

Shati is among few ministers who refused to take the oath during the period of the oath in the new cabinet of Noor Ade the new premier.
