Mogadishu 13,Nov.07 ( Sh.M.Network)-At least nine people were confirmed dead after a mortar landed in a close range to where they were passing inside Bakara market, the biggest business center in the south and central Somalia.

Many more were also wounded by the mortar, regardless of the frequent explosions in the market your eyes will keep catching people in rush for purchasing the Eid-ul- Adha gifts.

The actual spot where the mortar landed is just behind Hormud Telecommunication and another mortar is said to have landed at the money exchange center inside the market.

The bodies of these people were later taken from the scene where the awful event happened.

The death toll may raise and Shabelle is always in standby to update its people.
