Mogadishu 14,Nov.07 ( Sh.M.Network)-A soldier from the Somali transitional federal government was wounded after a Toyota pickup, which the police commander of Galbed police station lieutenant colonel Abdulahi Hassan Barise was driving in came under mine explosion at Darkenley district in Banadir province.

This explosion occurred at around 9:30am local time, and in fact it was heard almost the entire location of Medina district and as to the reports it is said to be targeted at the lieutenant colonel.

Colonel Barise himself confirmed for Shabelle media network that one of his men was wounded in the explosion and some dents on the pickup he was driving in.

The colonel also confirmed that the person who buried the mine is in hand and very soon will be brought before the law, and added that operation is underway in the vicinity of the blast.

It is the third attack against this commander within a period of thirty days.
